Jerome Kagan, Ph.D.

Dr. Kagan is Professor of Psychology Emeritus at Harvard University. His research has dealt with the development of children's cognitive and emotional development and temperamental variations among children. He is Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and amember of the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences. He is the author of many books and texts. His latest books are: An Argument for Mind, The Long Shadow of Temperament (with Nancy Snidman), A Young Mind in a Growing Brain (with N. Herschkowitz), and What is Emotion?
