AHEF Founder Vanda Khadem Accepts ARC Distinguished Citizen Award
Vanda Marie Khadem was honored with a 2009 Distinguished Citizen Award from the Arc of Massachusetts at the State House in Boston on April 6, 2009. These awards are given annually to individuals and organizations in recognition for their efforts to make a difference in the lives of people with cognitive and developmental disabilities.
Ms. Khadem, founder of the Autism Higher Education Foundation was recognized for her "dedication to expanding opportunities for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders."
